Split Boardin’

SGT family member Grant Bowen send us over a little edit on splitboard making. This edit is done so well, watch the attention to detail that Grant puts into his Niche Snowboard. For those lucky few coming down to SGT Argentina this year remember that you can make a splitboard with our man Tony Pavlantos or use an MTN Approach set up. Enjoy.

G-Funk is some kind of non-american, non-earthly, non-human mustachioed demon with fun set in his cross-hairs. With that in mind we had to give “G” his own signature session this summer (check the website, more information coming soon). The SGT Crew Arrives in Bariloche!

It only makes sense that Bariloche, Argentina is going off right now because the SGT staff and crew has arrived! Within the first couple days here it has already been dumping snow, with the entire mountain covered and ready to be dominated by the SGT family.

With more snow than previous years and earlier than ever, the SGT crew has already been ripping pow lines, dipping in and out of trees runs, and have already pin-pointed and tested various jump spots for when our campers arrive. Playing hard also means working hard on the mountain, with SASS guides giving on-mountain orientations for everything from beacon drills, to radio tests, to learning about the immediate snow conditions.

Throughout the week The SGT and SASS staff has been getting the camp up and ready to go before the campers arrive. With full course Asado meals, full internet access, heat, and the most stoked staff crew they have ever had, the SGT compound here in Bariloche is the pimpest place to work hard and play harder.

The campers arrive today, and the stoke meter is going off the charts. The SGT crew is here and ready to give the campers the best SASS experience ever. Keep watch on the blog for banger photos of the copmlete South America Snow Sessions experience in Bariloche, Argentina.
