The SASS Argentina Session 5 VIP Week is a small group experience for adult clients, blending professional on-mountain guiding with upgraded lodging and independent dining. All apartments feature kitchens with a choice of shared or private bedrooms. Unlike other SASS sessions, breakfast is the only meal included giving clients the opportunity to explore additional dining options both throughout the base area and in the town of Bariloche.
Session 5: VIP Week is built for clients seeking upgraded or private lodging and a social, self-directed “adult” experience without the camp-style vibe of the Lodge.
VIP Week Inclusions:
- Exclusive On-Mountain Lodging at Base41 Apartments
- Breakfast Daily at Base41 Lodge.
- Backcountry Guiding – SASS maintains no more than a 6:1 client-to-staff ratio. Guides all possess advanced AIARE training in avalanche safety and have Wilderness First Responder, EMT and/or Outdoor Emergency Care certificates.
- All Lift Tickets – Includes all your Cerro Catedral lift passes.
- Backcountry Awareness Course – Includes first-day seminar and hands-on scenarios.
- Airport Transfers – Round-trip to/from Bariloche International Airport (BRC), with proper space for ski equipment on transfer vehicles.
- On-Site Logistics and Concierge – We’ve been operating in Argentina for nearly 14 years. Our staff includes bilingual team members living on-site – whether its locating lost luggage with a foreign air carrier, ordering taxis for a group dinner outing or coordinating urgent medical care for an illness or injury, SASS’ on-site logistics team is there to help.
VIP Week Pricing:
- $2895 until April 1 for shared Lodging at Base41 Apartments (Bedroom w/ 2 Beds)
- Price increases to $2995 after April 1.
- $3295 for Semi-Private Lodging (Private Bedroom in a 2BR Apartment)
- $3795 for Private Apartment Upgrade (Private Loft Apartment)
